I had an overwhelming response to this recipe that I posted on Thursday.
So I thought I would give you an update.
I thought it was an easy recipe to make. Lets face it…I LOVE easy!
It smelled wonderful as it cooked throughout the day.
I have to be honest, it didn’t look near as good as it smelled.
In fact, my kids wouldn’t even touch it.
However, Kiley & I liked it alot.
It didn’t seem like it had enough seasons.
We topped ours off with cheddar cheese & fat free sour cream.
It went nice with a side of baked Doritos.
I would recommend this meal. I even warmed it up for lunch the next day.
Next time we would also add jalapenos on the top for a little extra kick.
