Kiley and I are always up for a new adventure, especially when it comes to the idea of traveling. What better way to travel than in your own RV. After looking at several RVs in our area we decided on the Jayco Greyhawk 2016. We fell in love with the craftsmanship that went into building this RV. They thought of everything. When Jayco says “This Jayco camper is built by blending old world Amish craftsmanship with innovative technology.” Jayco is telling the truth.
The outside has an adjustable electric awning with a bright strip of LED lights. The windows are all tinted to help keep the sun out. There is a ton of storage underneath in those outdoor cubbies.
The seats in the cab are very comfortable. I like that we can go from the cab into the back of the camper without going outside.
You walk in the door to our living space. The stairs and wide and sturdy. You can close that door or leave the screen door open. There is a nice light above the door, making it easier to see at night.
This is our dining room table. It can easily be turned into a sleeping space. I love the fabric pattern. The bottom of each booth has a handy storage drawer. The big windows let in lots of light.
We hang out at this table a lot. The seats are soft, comfortable and offer plenty of room to sit. They also have built in seat belts for traveling.
This is the view looking towards the front of the RV. We have a cover hung up over the cab. The couch can turn into a bed. I love to lay there and read books. Over the cab is another spot for sleeping. This is our daughter, Korby’s favorite spot to sleep in. There is a TV on the wall that you can move to watch while you are at the table or couch. She likes to close the curtains and play playstation 2. There is plenty of storage above the couch in the cupboards.
This is our kitchen area. I love all the cabinets and woodwork. The back splash above the sink is a nice addition. We have used the oven a few times to heat food. There is a microwave above the stove. The refrigerator and freezer are behind the dinette. I love that they are NOT stainless steel. I seriously love all of the woodwork.
Can you see how giant that window is? It is one of my favorite features of this RV. Our dogs love to sit here and people watch. Another feature I LOVE is that flooring. It is a wood linoleum flooring. This is easy to clean and looks amazing.
This is our bedroom. It is in the far back of the RV. We love all of the extra storage above the bed. There is a mirrored closet that Kiley and I share. I love the big window above the bed. There is also a small window on one side of the room. We have a TV in the corner, a nice fan in the ceiling, and a queen bed with lots of pillows. I am secretly obsessed with pillows.
We love our Jayco RV. We can’t wait to see where our travels and adventures take us in 2017.
Blanket, pillows, and most added decor came from Target. I am slightly addicted to this store.
