This entry should have been on here yesterday.
Monday is my “Holy Scale” day.
Better late, than never….right?
Ok…so how many of you are guilty of putting yourself last?
I am guilty as charged.
During my weight loss journey I have learned that this is just not acceptable.
We need to do more for us, so we can take better care of the people that we love.
From the beginning I have set a goal to do something nice for me for every 5 lbs I lose.
You should make this a goal too.
*treat yourself to a new book
*go for a fun walk
*take the kids out to play mini golf
*buy flowers to plant in the yard
*rent a movie
Its the little things that matter. Trust me, you will feel better.
I told myself when I had lost 25 pounds I would buy a few new pairs of shorts.
Those shorts look & feel great!
I’m on week 16 of Weight Watchers and have lost 31.8 lbs.
Set small goals, work hard, and you can do it!
