I’m on week 15 of Weight Watchers. So far I’ve lost 31.4 lbs.
I’m a snacker.
I LOVE eating snacks.
Especially sweet snacks.
Here is a list of snacks that I’ve found that wont cost you alot of calories or points.
Jolly Time Healthy Pop Kettle Corn
1 serving is only 90 calories 2g fat 8g fiber= 1 Weight Watcher Point
Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Chocolate Fudge instant pudding
1 serving is only 80 calories 0g fat 0g fiber= 2 Weight Watcher Points
I like to serve this with a small amount of fat free whipped topping on top.
The Laughing Cow Original Creamy Swiss cheese wedges
1 wedge is only 50 calories 4g fat 0g fiber= 1 Weight Watcher Point
This is great to add on crackers.
Next time you are at the store, try out some of these snacks.
