This was another fun and easy project that a friend and I made.

You will need:

newspaper or paper sacks to cover the surface of your work space

glitter

wine glass

masking tape

Mod Podge

sponge

Start by taping off the top part of your wine glass with the masking tape.

Also tape off right at the base of the stem (you will see this in the next picture)

Is your glass covered in tape? Make sure it is pressed down all the way.

Take your sponge and start covering the glass between the tape with mod podge.

Are you ready for a glitter mess?

We just sprinkled ours all over the mod podge.

Them smoothed it around with the sponge.

Isn’t this turning out pretty?

Did I mention the glitter EVERYWHERE?

Let this dry for a minute or two.

Now cover the glitter with a coat of mod podge.

Just slather it on there, don’t be shy.

Once you have done all of that, let it sit upside down over night.

The next morning you can carefully remove the tape and rinse it under warm water.

Whatever you do, ONLY wash in the sink with soap and water. Don’t put it in the dishwasher.
