Kalen turned 16 this month. This is a RARE occasion when you see us in a picture together.
Neither one of us likes getting our picture taken.
I am taking him today to *try* and get his drivers license.
Good thing I am getting my hair colored tomorrow.
He has is in 11th grade this year.
I have to admit…in 8th, 9th, and part of 10th grade he was a handful.
Now he is sweet and kind and caring. We are super proud of him.
He has been going around the neighborhood collecting tree limbs from a recent storm for our firewood supply.
I can always count on him to help me out around the house.
Korby turned 12 this month. She still loves her Mama.
She did growl at me this morning before getting into the shower.
I get it, I totally HATE mornings.
She has enter the dreaded world of middle school. So far, she loves it.
She came home yesterday & immediately sat down to do her homework that isn’t due until Wednesday.
When she was little she would cry if I didn’t print her worksheets off the internet.
You should hear this girl play the drums….she rocks!
We are so lucky to have such awesome kids.
